An open lesson was held at the NJSC “SMU” at the Department of Dental Disciplines and Maxillofacial Surgery on October 13, 2023 with students of 403 group of the Faculty of Dentistry in order to assess the quality of students’ training, unlock professional, personal and creative potential, consolidate and deepen the knowledge and skills acquired in the process of theoretical and practical training.

The open lesson was held in the presence of teaching staff of the department.
The lesson was conducted in a competitive form with the group divided into three teams and the completion of specific tasks, followed by evaluation and summing up. During the lesson visual aids, tests, cases, “Kahoot”, “Own game” were used. The open lesson was conducted by Associate Professor N.B. Khaidarova. The participants demonstrated theoretical and practical training, knowledge of professional vocabulary, and the ability to practically apply modern technologies, including information and communication technologies. In their feedback, students noted the interns’ erudite approach, their knowledge and ability to present information.[/vc_column_text]
