On November 8, 2023, a lesson was held for students of the “Russian speaking club”, which was attended by students who plan to study at our university under the internship program. The meetings are being held for the first time on the initiative of the dean of the school of medicine of the foreign department, the leaders of the “Russian speaking club” project are Beleuhanova K.M., Kovylina R.A. Volunteers from 1st year students in OM, dentistry, and pediatrics helped the students during the classes. The next meeting was prepared and held by teachers of the English department, project participants – Olzhayeva R.R., Dinzhumanova R.T., (Department of Biochemistry and Chemical Disciplines named after Professor Tapbergenov S.O.). Students received clinical cases in advance, with additional glossaries of words and expressions in Russian and English, and during the lesson they analyzed and consolidated the skills of a general examination of a patient, how to interview and understand the complaints and main symptoms of a patient with diabetes, pancreatitis, and pathology of the gastrointestinal tract.
