The Department of Anatomy, Histology and Topographic Anatomy named after prof. N.A.Khlopov together with the “Radix” school held a seminar for participants of the “Silver University”. The purpose of this event is to familiarize pensioners with the rules of conduct during icy weather conditions, how to choose the right clothes and shoes, how to behave properly while falling. Exercises to develop coordination of movement and reduce the load on the legs and back were shown, as well as correct gait in icy wether conditions.
