On December 6, 2023, residents of PSB NCJSC “SMU” residents rheumatologists of the 2nd year of training speciality “Adult and pediatric rheumatology” Akhmetolla Dinara and Kadylbekova Zarina conducted a sanitary-educational work for parents of students of secondary school № 2 of Pavlodar on the topic “Beware of measles!”.

In their reports they reported on the epidemiologic situation in Kazakhstan on the incidence of measles, that measles is a highly contagious disease transmitted by airborne transmission, the index of contagiousness is about 99%. The first signs of measles, complications and the importance of immunization were explained. Bulletins were given to the trainees at the end of the report.[/vc_column_text]
