N. assistant of the Department of General Medical Practice), residents of 2 years of study Amrenova S.B., Golub E.M., Berkimbaeva D.A.
The welcoming speech to the students of Semey Medical University was delivered by assistant of the Department Almagambetova A.A.
In her speech, she highlighted effective preventive and emergency ways to relieve mental and bodily fatigue. Information was provided on effective ways to get rid of muscle clamps using body-oriented, emotionally stressful psychotherapy, which will help relieve anxiety and anxiety in the shortest possible time.
Psychotherapeutic trainings aimed at relieving negative psycho-emotional stresses and giving a positive attitude to students were conducted. During the training, recommendations were given on activating the strengths of the student’s personality, forming an adequate opinion about the session, developing strategies for preparation and behavior at the exam, overcoming the psychological barrier preventing the successful completion of the session.
The 1st year students of GM actively participated in the training, asked clarifying questions, and expressed positive emotions. Psychotherapeutic trainings gave students the ability to overcome stressful stresses, become more confident in themselves, and gain positive experience of stressful psychoemotional effects. The training helped to create a positive psychological atmosphere where every student of the educational process felt more positive. The purpose of our meeting is to relieve tension, provide psychotherapeutic assistance to students in preparing for the session.
