On December 15-16, 2023, the international Olympiad of Samarkand State Medical University “Samarkand-2020” was held. In the IV International Olympiad for students of medical universities “Samarkand-2020” in full-time format, Arsen Kamazhanov, a 1st-year student of the Faculty of Medicine, group 1121 in the subject “Biological Chemistry”, Kaliev Sernad, a 1st-year student of the Faculty of Medicine 1121 on the subject “medicinal chemistry” took part in  from the Department of Biochemistry and Chemical Disciplines. The students actively prepared, experienced a lot of positive emotions, received a lot of impressions and, most importantly, invaluable experience and many new acquaintances with students from different countries abroad and the UIS. For active preparation, active participation, courage, perseverance, students were awarded diplomas in the categories “AVICENA’S DISCIPLE”, “RHETORIC”. We would like to thank and congratulate our students for their desire, diligence and, most importantly, desire to learn new things and strive to move forward. Congratulations to all members of our university team, holders of 3rd degree diplomas and nominations. We wish everyone new victories and achievements!
