On December 11, 2023, as part of a curatorial hour, a lecture was held on the topic: “Formation of a healthy lifestyle, physical, sexual and sanitary-hygienic education” with students of the 3303 curatorial group.

The purpose of the lecture: improving sanitary culture, preventing diseases and disseminating knowledge about a healthy lifestyle.

Main goals:

improved nutrition;

reduction in smoking prevalence;

increased physical activity;

compliance with personal and public hygiene measures;

basic rules for proper family planning;

prevention of alcohol consumption;

drug use prevention.

The lecture was informative, the students thanked the curator for an interesting presentation.
