The second meeting of a neurology jornal club devoted to the problem of treatment multiply sclerosis was held on January 11,2024 at the Department of Neurology, Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology in University’s Hospital. It was organized by assistant of the department Biniyazova A.A. for doctors of the neurological department of the SMU University Hospital, resident neurologists of the 1st and 2nd years of study. The report on the theme” Treatment of  multiply sclerosis exacerbation and  disease modifying therapy in according to international recomendations.” was prepared by 2nd year of study resident-neurologist  Filippova. N.A. The importance of the reported information is especially relevant today because multiply sclerosis treatment protocol has been updated recently. The speaker told about properties of each drug and principles of prescribing disease modifying therapy(DMT). Then the members of jornal club took part in a discussion, and asked questions about treatment efficiency,  availability of innovative medicines for patients and other aspects. They noted that meeting had great informational and educational value.
