The ways of transmission of infection as a airborne and household (infection through household items, toiletries, children’s toys, linen, dishes, etc.) were explained for attendeies. The issue of the importance of vaccination was discussed separately. Prevention of ARVI plays a key role in maintaining public health. Annual vaccination, compliance with hygiene standards, regular hand washing, use of masks during epidemics and strengthening of immunity contribute to reducing morbidity. These measures help not only to protect yourself, but also to protect others from the possible spread of viruses. Careful attitude to health and responsible behavior will help create a safer and healthier society[/vc_column_text]
