Based on the minutes of the meeting of the deputy group “Bir el – bir mudde” of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 08 July 2023 on the theme: “On the implementation of the instructions of the Head of State to ensure the continuity of the content of education “We are different but we are equal”, “Unity in diversity” in the system of preschool, secondary and higher education” and in accordance with the list of instructions given by the Minister of Science and Higher Education S. Nurbeka. Nurbeka during the meeting with members of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan 30 November 2023 03 April 2024 on the basis of KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov, the Department of General Education disciplines was organised a scientific-practical seminar on the theme: “Formation of ethno-cultural competence of students of universities, prevention of interethnic conflict and rejection of foreign culture and literature, increasing the level of functional literacy in the student youth”.

Special guests of the event Deputy of the Central Police Department, Captain Ibraimov Aidyn Yerkingazievich and senior inspector of Juvenile Department of the Central Police Department, Major Korabaeva Bisulu Korabaeva gave an informative and cognitive lecture to the students. As well as teachers of the Department of OOD L.K. Sadykova, E.A. Zhakupbekova, T.A. Muzdybaeva, and F.G. Demeuova supplemented the information, and answered the students’ questions on the topic of legal literacy.
