On February 8, 2024, under the leadership of curator S.A. Lauenova. and on the initiative of students from group 402-Pharmacy, school No. 8 was visited to conduct a conversation with high school students about the dangers of drug addiction.

It’s no longer a secret that our country is experiencing a surge in teenage drug addiction comparable to an epidemic. Therefore, any preventive measures meet with unconditional support.

The purpose of the conversation with schoolchildren was: the formation of psychological immunity in schoolchildren to drugs, alcohol, tobacco; formation of attitudes among schoolchildren towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle and improving their spiritual and moral culture; intensification of explanatory work on the prevention of drug addiction and smoking; providing adolescents with objective information about the negative consequences of taking drugs and tobacco.

Student of the curatorial group Alisher Bolatov prepared the presentation and was the speaker of this conversation. Classmates produced anti-drug booklets “NO TO DRUGS!”, which were distributed to schoolchildren. Schoolchildren from 10th grade took part in the conversation and listened attentively and with interest to the prepared material. The young men asked questions about the composition of the drugs that athletes use when receiving so-called “doping”.

The conversation was held at the highest level. The students were satisfied with the information and listened to the students’ advice.
