On February 7, 2024, the next “Speaking Club for International Students” class was held for students of the 2nd and 5th-year foreign department. The lesson was prepared and conducted by the teaching staff of the Department of Children’s Infectious Diseases: assistant, c.m.s. Mansurova A.A. and assistant Dalelkanova T.D. The glossary in English and Russian was sent to the listeners in advance. The meeting was devoted to the topical problems of infectious diseases in children. During the lesson, students studied the main symptoms of infectious diseases in Russian, and situations were played in which students practiced the skills of collecting complaints, and anamnesis for diseases such as measles, chickenpox, and acute intestinal infections.
The students noted that such classes are very useful for international students and thanked the organizers of the event. The head of the Russian speaking Club, R.A.Kovylina, and the club’s volunteers also took part in the lesson.
