On February 09, 2024, a regular meeting of the journal club on neurology was held at the Department of Neurology, ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology. The event was organized by the assistant of the department Aigerim Biniyazova. It was devoted to the topic of treatment of multiple sclerosis. Participants continued to master the recommendations of the UpToDate resource on disease modifying treatment of multiple sclerosis. The report contained the principles of assessing the effectiveness of DMT and changing it, as well as recommendations for managing pregnant women with multiple sclerosis. The meeting was productive, and after questions and answers, the participants approved the topics for the next meetings.
