On February 14, 2024, a meeting was held at NJSC “MUS” with group curators on the topic “Prevention of crime among students” with the participation of the vice-rector for academic educational work, a security assistant, and the head of the security service.
Vice-Rector for Academic Educational Work Zh.K. Smailova noted that the main aspect is the prevention of crime among students and ensuring a healthy educational environment. Due to the fact that representatives of different nationalities study at the university, students and curators must have close relationships so as not to create situations that could cause interethnic conflict.
During the meeting, the regime assistant and the head of the security service informed the supervisors of local and foreign groups and school employees to inform about the facts of criminal offenses committed by and related to students. In order to prevent violations of the law, educational meetings with students and group supervisors are organized from the beginning of the school year, and explanatory work is carried out.[/vc_column_text]
