On December 12, 2023, under the guidance of Doctor of Medical Sciences Adilgozhina Saltanat Muratbekovna, a curatorial hour was conducted with the 5432 group on the topic “Propaganda and Explanation of Ideas for the Protection and Conservation of Nature.” During this session, students not only deepened their knowledge in the field of ecology but also actively discussed current issues facing the nature of Kazakhstan. One of the pressing issues raised during the discussion was the nuclear test site. Students expressed their concerns about radiation safety issues and proposed ideas to improve control and safety measures in these areas. The desiccation of the Aral Sea, a symbol of environmental disasters, was also a focal point. Participants in the supervisory hour discussed not only the causes of this crisis but also possible solutions, emphasizing the urgency of action. The pollution of the Caspian Sea, which caught the attention of students, prompted serious reflections on the need for joint efforts to preserve the marine ecosystem. The issue of air pollution, especially in cities, was also addressed.
