Participants: students 5108 OM. With a welcoming speech to the students of the 5th year of Medical University of Semey, the curator Almagambetova A.A. made a speech. In her speech, she highlighted the fact that young people play a key role in building a strong and equitable Kazakhstan. They are building the future of the country, and labor plays an important role in developing leaders among young people. Young people are examples of how youth, passion and dedication can lead to great achievements and influence society by striving for change. “Fair Kazakhstan – for everyone and for everybody. Now and forever. Strong is our Kazakhstan!”. Labor forms leadership qualities in people. “Man of Labor” as leaders of the future. It is the development of communication skills; problem solving, overcoming difficulties forms leadership skills. Forms strategic thinking develops leadership empathy. “A leader’s job is to have more leaders, not to have more of those who follow the leader.” Youth are the creative class of society. The creative class consists of ambitious people who strive for success and achieve it through their own abilities; professional growth is important for them. Socially important professions: specialists of guardianship and custody agencies; social workers and teachers; psychologists, police officers, medical workers, firefighters; professions covering groups of people with a need for professional help and counseling. Popularization of the medical profession. A doctor is one of the most honorable and demanded professions. The merits of doctors cannot be overestimated!
