For the eighth year in a row, Kazakhstan has celebrated the Day of Gratitude. This holiday symbolises peace, harmony and mutual respect between representatives of different ethnic groups living in our country. As part of this celebration, students attended an informative lecture on the significance of this holiday for Kazakhstani culture and people.
M.S. Ibraemova, a teacher of the Department of General Education Disciplines, spoke about how the Day of Gratitude helps to establish peace, harmony and mutual respect between representatives of different ethnic groups. She also emphasised that this holiday helps to strengthen patriotism and pride for the Motherland among students, as well as to expand their horizons and knowledge of the culture and history of ethnic groups living in Kazakhstan.
Representatives of various nationalities living in Kazakhstan also took part in this event and expressed gratitude to Kazakhstani people, employees and teachers of the educational institution, as well as to their peers. Thus, the Day of Gratitude becomes an important symbol of unity and harmony between different ethnicities and nationalities living in Kazakhstan. This holiday helps to strengthen national identity, patriotism and pride in the homeland, as well as develops tolerance and respect for the culture and history of other ethnic groups.
