This year, as part of the academic mobility program, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Semey Medical University and West Kazakhstan Medical University named after Marat Ospanov.
Academic mobility was carried out at the Department of Normal Physiology of the West Kazakhstan Medical University named after Marat Ospanov.
Under the academic mobility program, the head of the department of physiological disciplines named after honored Scientist of the Republic of Kazakhstan T.A. Nazarova, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Acting Associate Professor Rakhyzhanova Saule Oryngazyevna was invited from NJSC “MUS” as a visiting professor.
The purpose of this program is to exchange experience between teachers of the two universities.
Lectures and practical classes were held in an offline format from 02/26/2024 to 03/03/2024. According to the plan, lectures and practical classes were held on the “Cardiorespiratory System” commit on the topics: “Neurohumoral regulation of breathing.” “Nervous and humoral regulation of heart function and vascular tone.” “Hemodynamics. Hemodynamic parameters, pediatric characteristics.” Lectures were held on innovative technologies in the CBL format.
The audience of the lecture were second-year students in the specialty “Medicine”, “Pediatrics”, as well as young teachers of the Department of Normal Physiology of the West Kazakhstan Medical University named after Marat Ospanov, headed by the head of the department, candidate of medical sciences, associate professor Aiman Turgynbaevna Kaldybaeva. Practical classes were also conducted with second-year students in the specialty “Dentistry” on the topic “Physiology of analyzers”.
At the end of academic mobility, feedback was created, where students noted the positive aspects of the lectures and practical classes. The lecture delighted the students, and there was interest in the lecture material, which included a clinical case, they asked questions to lecturer S.O. Rakhizhanova, noted the depth of the lecture, the clarity and accessibility of the presentation of the material, and expressed words of gratitude.
