On March 27–29, assistants of the Department of Nursing Zhetmekova Zhuldyz , Orynbasarova Bayan and Kisina Rauan  held a republican online master class for nurses on “Delicate and empathic interaction with patients in delivering information.”.  In total, 100 nurses from different parts of the country participated in the event. The master class provided nurses with the opportunity to master effective strategies for communicating with patients, especially in difficult situations such as reporting bad news or communicating with patients at the end of life.  The master class program included lectures, practical exercises, and role-playing games to improve communication skills and make communication with patients more effective. The participants received a lot of useful information, shared their experiences of difficulties in communicating with the patient, and noted the increasing relevance of this issue.
