On March 29, 2024, an open meeting of the trade union committee was held.  The meeting was held in an online format at the request of the trade union members. The following topical issues were discussed on the agenda

1. Familiarization with the new composition of the executive committee of the trade union of the NAO “MUS”
2. Familiarization with the work plan of the trade union organization for 2024.
3. Appointment of the composition of the control and audit Commission

The meeting began with the chairman’s report on the work of the trade union committee. In addition, he highlighted the work of the members of the executive committee.

1. The chairman of the trade union, A.K. Bukatov, is responsible for the fulfillment of all tasks and for the legal support of trade union members.
2. Deputy Chairman of the trade union Zhylkybayeva A.Sh. – is responsible for monitoring and supporting the working conditions of employees
3. Urazalina N.M. – is responsible for monitoring the fulfillment of the requirements for the teaching process of teaching staff, the legal protection of teachers, and the provision of consultations.
4. Selikhov A.V. – responsible for measures to maintain and promote a healthy lifestyle.
5. Kydyrbayev A.M. – responsible for holding sports events among employees.
6. Seipiluly A. – responsible for the organization of festive and cultural events
7. Rakhimova R.R. – responsible for sanitary and resort work and financial complaints among students.
8. Iskakova A.S. is responsible for volunteering and working with people in need of social support within the university, as well as for working with veterans and anniversaries of the university.
9. Shakabaeva A.A. – is responsible for maintaining trade union documentation and is the secretary of the trade union.

At the same time, one of the most important issues was discussed – the rules for providing social and financial assistance. The participants of the meeting were active, sending written questions along with their oral suggestions. The members of the Executive Committee answered all the questions in accordance with their duties. The overwhelming majority of union members noted that the proposed annual plan is moving in the right direction, and expressed their willingness to always support the trade union committee.According to the agenda, the participants submitted their candidates to the audit commission, which included 2 university graduates. During the meeting, the chairman called for joining the trade union committee, since the main form of management of our university is collective.

At the end of the meeting, the work of the executive committee in the amount of 1 month was discussed. In particular, it was noted that a fitness room will be open on Wednesdays and Fridays in the main building, a yoga room will be prepared by next month, and a tennis and billiard room is planned to open at the Medik University sports camp.
