We, students of the 8th platoon of the 4421 group of the military department, specialty «General Medicine», on March 26, 2024, under the leadership of Lieutenant Colonel of the reserve medical service A.T. Smagulov and lieutenant Colonel of the reserve medical service A.V. Matytsin, visited the «Regional Museum of Local Lore of Semey».

The museum has about 2500 different exhibits, about 400 of which were archaeological finds, about 1800 are exhibits from the field of zoology, botany and mineralogy included in the “golden fund”. The collection also contains photographic documents, natural history and historical household items, manuscripts, reviews of the Semipalatinsk region, commemorative books and address calendars.

The museum’s expositions are exhibited in several different halls, such as: «hall of musical instruments», «craft hall» and many others, which are very diverse.

We received a lot of positive emotions, for which we thank the organizers of the tour.
