As part of the memorandum of cooperation between  “SMU” and the State Institution “UO of the East Kazakhstan Region”, on April 4-5, 2024, career guidance work was carried out in schools in the Samara district by the head of the department of the Admissions Committee and MF Toleubaeva K.S. and methodologist of the department Azharova A.K.

During the career guidance work, an image video and presentation of the Semey Medical University NJSC was demonstrated with complete information about the training of specialists in 7 educational programs, admission to undergraduate studies, passing scores, and passing a special exam in the form of psychometric testing.

The students showed a keen interest in the information provided, actively participated in the conversation, asked questions about the acceptance of documents, terms of study, grants, the possibility of transferring from paid education to a grant, scholarships, the provision of a hostel, the amount of payment, etc. to which they received comprehensive answers. Brochures were given to students. Graduates were introduced to the advantages of the non-profit joint-stock company Semey Medical University. The students listened to the information about the university with great enthusiasm and some of the schoolchildren expressed a desire to enroll in our university.
