Summer School “Depression in psychiatric practice” of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology

The Department of Psychiatry and Narcology will hold a summer school “Depression in psychiatric practice” from 04/22/27/2024. The assistant of the department, Ph.D. Sarsembina Zh.D., responsible for conducting the school.

Students of the 3rd, 5th year courses, interns are invited to take part.

The course of the cycle will be represented by online lectures and seminars.

The main purpose of the school is to form the ability to identify the specifics of human mental functioning, taking into account the peculiarities of clinical manifestations of various variants of depressive states. Special attention will be paid to new directions, approaches taking into account evidence-based medicine, new algorithms for the treatment of various clinical situations.

Also, participation in the school will allow you to work out difficult, incomprehensible aspects and questions and help you prepare for exams in the subject!
