According to the developed plan for attracting applicants for 2024, within the framework of a memorandum between the Non-Profit Joint Stock Company Semey Medical University and the state institution Education Department of the Abay Region, employees of the Admissions Committee and the Medical Foundation, together with the involvement of the teaching staff of NJSC MUS, conducted an on-site career guidance work for school graduates in East Kazakhstan region and Abay region. The work was carried out over two months. As part of improving the quality of recruitment of applicants, trips were organized to the following districts of two regions: Ayagoz, Abai, Aksuat, Beskaragay, Borodulikha, Zharminsky, Kokpektinsky, Urdzharsky, Makanchinsky, Zaisansky, Kurchumsky, Samara, and the city of Kurchatov. For remote areas such as Riddersky, Glubokovsky, Katon-Karagaysky, Tarbagataisky, Ulansky, Shemonaikha, Altaisky, Abralinsky, online career guidance consultations were organized on the ZOOM platform.
