On April 19, 2024, the XVII International Congress “Man and Medicine – Kazakhstan” was held in Ust–Kamenogorsk. The congress was devoted to the issues of clinical cardiology and clinical neurology. Within the framework of the Congress, a report on the topic: “Medical withdrawals due to neurological diseases as the cause of untimely immunization of children against vaccine-controlled infections” was made by an assistant at the Semey Department of GMP of the NCJSC “SMU”, a doctor of the highest category, a master trainer for the training of doctors at DFID (Department of International Development) Terekhova T.I. During the report, the main barriers to optimal coverage of children with the necessary vaccines in the Republic of Kazakhstan were highlighted, specific recommendations were given, and clinical examples were given.
