The level of legal literacy of young people determines the development of society and the state in the future, this is the foundation of the legal system of the next decades. The high level of legal culture of a young person allows not only to reduce the number of offenses in the short term, but also in the long term, because such a person and his behavior will form “favorable conditions for countering the delinquent behavior of others.” It is important that the legal literacy of young people forms the conditions for the development of legal awareness, and does not hinder this, contributing to the creation of the effect of false awareness. Each component of legal knowledge should become part of a common system that determines not only the behavior of a citizen, but also his position.
