On 30.04.2024, assistant of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology of the “Semey Medical University” Almagambetova A.A. held a curatorial hour dedicated to the “Day of Unity of the Peoples of Kazakhstan”.

The purpose of this meeting is to form Kazakhstani patriotism among students through the cultural heritage of the peoples of Kazakhstan! Fostering a sense of tolerance for cultures, the historical past, love and respect for the Motherland: its nature, customs, traditions.

The first of May is one of the most important public holidays in Kazakhstan. This day is filled with a special meaning and has a unique significance for our country.

One of the main priorities of the country’s domestic policy has become the preservation of interreligious and interethnic unity of the people of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This day unites people of more than 150 nationalities who live in the country and emphasizes the importance of free and respectful communication between people, regardless of the difference in cultures, language and traditions.

 The Day of Unity of the Peoples of Kazakhstan is a symbol of friendship and cooperation of the peoples inhabiting the country and a creative holiday designed to unite people. Respect and tolerance for any nation and nationality allows Kazakhstan to maintain the status of a friendly and modern state.
