Socio-psychological training for the formation of effective behavioral skills

On 05/07/2024, while on duty at the ABU Students’ House, assistant of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology Almagambetova A.A. conducted a socio-psychological training on the formation of effective behavioral skills.

Participants: students of 3,4,5 courses of GM, interns.

The trainings were aimed at developing students’ interpersonal and intergroup interaction skills; developing the ability to cope with life situations independently; the ability to communicate comfortably in any society; the ability to develop the necessary external forms of behavior. These skills include those that help to get rid of anxiety, fear, and help students cope with excessive emotional stress. A body-oriented psychotherapy training was also conducted. In order to achieve emotional and physical comfort, using methods and techniques that help students cope with psychological problems, experiences, to relieve suppressed emotional manifestations. And at the end of the meeting, relaxation techniques were performed – the best way to relieve tension (nervous, physical and mental), as well as relaxation, which allows you to eliminate the irritation factor.

The students got a positive emotional attitude!
