On May 14, 2024, the staff of the Department of Anatomy, Histology and Topographic Anatomy named after Professor N.A.Khlopov organized a scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Professor Zhanybekov Dzhursunkhan Yesenbekovich. The conference was opened by the Chairman of the Board – Rector of “Semey Medical University” Professor Dyusupov Altai Akhmetkalievich. Greeting the participants of the conference, Altai Akhmetkalievich wished everyone success, productive work and overcoming difficulties on the way to their goals. The head of the university handed Dzhursunkhan Yesenbekovich the medal for contribution to the development of the university and conveyed congratulations to his son, Assistant of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology, PhD Zhanybekov Serik Dzhursunovich and. Then the work of the conference continued in three sections. More than 30 speakers took part in the work of sections, 13 poster presentations presented. The winners awarded diplomas and memorable gifts, and each participant received a certificate of participant. The department expresses special gratitude for the assistance in holding the conference to the the leadership of the university’s professional union commitee.
