On 05/15/2024, a curatorial hour was held at the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology, on the topic: “Promotion and explanation of ideas for the protection and conservation of nature.” The participants are students of the group 5108 GM.

The curator, assistant of the Department Almagambetova A.A. made a welcoming speech to the 5th year students of Semey Medical University. In her speech, she explained the ideas for the protection and conservation of nature.  Propaganda plays an important role in the education of environmental literacy, moral feelings and a culture of behavior in the natural environment. The objectives of the meeting: promotion of environmental knowledge and education of ecological culture; orientation of students to comply with environmental rules of behavior in the environment as norms of life; to develop the communicative, emotional and sensual sphere of students’ personality. One of the tasks today is the formation of public environmental awareness.

Nature protection is a scientific complex of measures for the conservation, rational use and restoration of natural resources and the natural environment. A presentation was presented to the students, which reflected important aspects of the law on the environment, which establishes disciplinary, material, administrative and criminal liability for violation of environmental legislation, causing harm to the environment or creating a real threat of causing it. The solution of environmental problems is possible only by preserving the moral conditions of a genuine human ecology.  This encourages students to think and relate to nature in a new way.
