Every year, the preparatory department “Medical foundation” of Semey Medical University NJSC prepares schoolchildren for the UNT in the subjects: chemistry and biology. From October 2023 to May 2024, chemistry classes were conducted in the university classrooms by Associate Professor of the Department of Biochemistry and Chemical Disciplines named after Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor S.O. Tapbergenov, Dinzhumanova R.T. Among the positive aspects of preparatory courses for applicants, the following facts can be noted:

• The applicant receives a standard set of knowledge in the core subjects of future professional training, which is sufficient to pass entrance examinations to a university (CT/UNT in chemistry), in addition, during the training process the applicant not only gets acquainted with sample exam tasks, but also gains practical experience their decisions.
• An applicant who has completed preparatory courses acquires an additional psychological advantage for entrance examinations over other applicants.
• At the trial UNT, students of the “Medical foundation” of the NJSC “Semey Medical University” scored quite high points in chemistry.Work of the preparatory department “Medical foundation” in chemistry.
