The next session “Speaking club for International Students” was held for students of the foreign department. The class was prepared and conducted by the faculty members of the Department of General Education: K.M. Beleukhanova, K.Sh. Akparova.

Speaking club or Conversation club is when a group of people get together to practise speaking in foreign languages. Most often there is a tutor – a teacher who guides the conversation and helps people with a low level.

These Speaking Club events are an integral part of the learning process for international students, as they promote a deeper understanding of Russian language and culture, and strengthen the bonds between students and teachers. It is also a great opportunity for students to socialise with each other and broaden their horizons.

The students noted that such classes are very useful for international students and thanked the organisers of the event. The head of the “Russian speaking club” Kovylina R.A. and volunteers of the club also took part in the class.
