The specialty is accredited by the Eurasian Center for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Education and Healthcare (ECA) in 2022. The clinical bases are the allergology department of City Hospital No. 4 in Ust-Kamenogorsk, the therapeutic department of the Pavlodar Regional Hospital named after. G. Sultanova. Resident training involves the integration of theory and practice. The academic mentor is Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Dermatovenerology and Immunology, allergist-immunologist Yagofarov F.F., and Ph.D., Assistant Professor of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Dermatovenereology and Immunology, allergist-immunologist Kozubaeva D.B. Theoretical classes discuss modern treatment methods. The resident’s practical work is carried out by interpreting research results, working in the KIIS medical information system, preparing accounting and reporting documentation under the guidance of experienced clinical mentors from practical healthcare: Malikova M.S. (chief freelance allergist-immunologist of East Kazakhstan region), Kenenbaeva B.E. (candidate of medical sciences, head of the department of personalized medicine, PF NJSC “MUS”). Medical institutions are equipped with all the necessary modern equipment and high-quality laboratory diagnostics. Thus, resident doctors, under the guidance of experienced clinical mentors, gain specialized knowledge and hone practical skills.
