On May 22, 2024, at the Semey Medical University NCJSC , in order to prevent corruption during the summer examination session, a meeting was held with Compliance Officer M.T. Beisembaev and the dean of the school PHDPhN Y.O. Kairkhanova, safety and fire safety specialist Zh.T. Nasymkhan with students from the OP “Dentistry”, “Pharmacy”, “Public health”, “Nursing” on organizing and conducting the “Clean Session” campaign. During the meeting, the dean of the PHDPhN school Y.O. Kairkhanova familiarized students with the internal regulatory documents of the university, said that the conduct of the summer examination session will be strictly controlled, and the objectivity of the examination session, aimed at eliminating informal relations and corruption in the educational environment, will be implemented within the university

Compliance officer Beisembaev M.T. During the examination, he explained the norms of the current anti-corruption legislation, the risks of corruption, and also called for compliance with the policy of academic integrity. In addition, the compliance inspector explained the procedure for filing allegations of corruption in the actions (inaction) of employees and teachers.

Safety and fire safety specialist Zh.T.  Nasymkhan warned students that during the summer season the hostel will be open until 23:00, and warned them to follow the rules of staying in the hostel. She also explained the procedure for entering the main building using an ID card.

At the end of the meeting, Deputy Dean of the PHDPhN school G.A. Zhumaeva explained the procedure for obtaining admission to take the exam in accordance with academic policy and called for compliance with the policy of academic integrity.
