On May 27, 2024, a summer school was held at the Department of GP of the Ust-Kamenogorsk branch. The Summer school is a system of additional educational services provided free of charge for interns of the 7th year of the GP.  The theme of the summer school is “Headaches”. The lecture was given by an assistant at the Department of GP of the Ust-Kamenogorsk branch, a neuropathologist of the first category, Sh.D Yensibayeva.

Headaches (cephalgia) are the cause of significant socio-economic damage to society and are among the ten most common causes disability. In the developed countries of the world, headache is considered as a serious medical and economic problem

          The summer school was held in an online format in order to improve the training of students in the internship, to consolidate and deepen theoretical knowledge, develop clinical thinking, and acquire skills for further application in practice.

 During the summer school, future doctors got acquainted with new modern methods of treating headaches and strengthened their knowledge of neurology. Such lectures will always be relevant. Given that medicine does not stand still in development, such lectures allow you to refresh your knowledge, work out skills and share your experience
