20.05-24.05.2024, a summer school for 1st and 2nd year students in the specialty was held at the Department of Nursing of the “Semey Medical University”NCJSC: «Nursing». The assistant of the Department of Nursing, Ph.D., Shagieva D.S., responsible for conducting the summer school.

The head of the Department of Nursing, PhD Zhumanbayeva Zh.M. made a welcoming speech.

A lecture on the topic: “Nursing care for gerontological patients” was read by Sharapieva A.M., assistant of the Department of Nursing.

On 05.20.2024, the assistants of the Department of Nursing demonstrated practical skills:

1 station: Prevention of pressure sores.

Station 2: Cleansing enema.

On 05.21.2024, the assistants continued to train students at the following stations:

Station 3: Partial patient treatment.

4 station: Complete sanitary treatment of the patient.

On 05.24.2024, following the results of the summer school, the students passed the final test.

On this day, each participant of the summer school gave feedback.
