On April 15, 2024, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments and additions to certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on ensuring women’s rights and child safety” and “On Amendments and Additions to the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan on ensuring women’s rights and child safety”.
