On June 07, 2024, a lecture was held at the clinical base of the SMU, NCJSC  in the KGP at the PCV “Polyclinic No. 1 in MoscowUst-Kamenogorsk” UZ of East Kazakhstan region with the participation of an assistant of the Department of General Medical Practice in Ust-Kamenogorsk, a general practitioner of the highest category, an ambulance and emergency doctor of the highest category Akhmetova S.S. on the topic “Emergency therapy for acute coronary syndrome at the prehospital stage”.

          This event was attended by interns of the 7th year of OVP, residents of neurology for 1-2 years, assistants of the department of GP Zhunusova M. K., Yensibayeva Sh. D

Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is a clinical condition reflecting the period of exacerbation of coronary heart disease (CHD), the leading symptom of which is chest pain, initiating a certain diagnostic and therapeutic cascade, starting with ECG registration, based on changes in which 2 groups of patients are differentiated: with ST segment elevation and without ST segment elevation.

       Treatment tactics at the prehospital stage are aimed at timely diagnosis of ACS, emergency care, prevention of complications, transportation to a specialized clinic.

        During the lecture, future doctors repeated ACS therapy at the pre-hospital stage and consolidated their knowledge of emergency care. Such lectures will always be relevant.
