At the school of a young teacher…

According to the approved action plan for the school of a young teacher, May 24, 2024. Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Propaedeutics of Childhood Diseases Vilena Timofeevna Dolinnaya conducted a seminar with young teachers of the University – “Time Management…”

The seminar was attended by the head of the school of a young teacher – candidate of medical sciences, associate professor Maukaeva Saule Boranbaevna.

Young teachers were introduced to the methods and techniques of working time management.

The main signs and reasons for wasting time are indicated, including such as poor distribution of work or a poorly drawn up work plan, doing work for others, lack of distribution of functions into important and less important ones, excessive waste of time talking with colleagues, making calls, etc.

In order to improve time management, you should take a critical look at how your work time is usually spent now and try to redistribute it more productively.

Necessary steps to improve time management are: identifying priority work goals, linking time to tasks, using recommended methods and techniques for this, including drawing up a plan for the day, a plan for the week, and a strategic plan for the month.

As a result, of course, ways will be found to save time, which will be devoted to more important tasks, including those that were not previously paid due attention, or there may be types of work that are not at all related to functional responsibilities – in this case, you should consider how stop doing them.

The topic of the seminar provides an opportunity to improve the management of your activities more effectively.
