Following the main action plan for 2024, the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance of Semey city to prevent the spread of cholera in the Republic of Kazakhstan and to ensure the implementation of sanitary and anti-epidemic measures: 18 June 2024 to medical workers of health care institutions held a seminar and training on “Cholera CCHF. Plague”. The seminar was held in offline format.

According to the seminar plan, Smailov E.S., assistant of the Department of Pediatric Infectious Diseases of NCJSC “SMU”, made a report on “Relevance, clinical and diagnostic features and treatment of cholera, CCHF and plague”.

Medical workers of the city polyclinic No. 2 conducted a demonstration training with the demonstration of putting on PPE.

The speakers answered questions from the audience. The seminar participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers.
