In 2024, On June 18, a meeting was held in the Admissions and Medical Foundation department with Fulbright English teacher Spencer Haizlip. From 09/04/2023 to 04/29/2024, English language courses were held at the SMU, NCJCS, where Associate Professor, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor E.M. Smail actively studied.
In a solemn ceremony, Spencer Haizlip presented a certificate of completion of the English language course to Smail E.M.
