On September 10, 2024, the Department of Therapy of the NAO “MUS” held a discussion of the Address of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan “Fair Kazakhstan: law and order, economic growth, public optimism”. The event was organized by the assistant of the Department of Therapy, Sarsebaeva G.S., who is responsible for educational work. Residents of 1, 2, 3 years of study in all specialties, undergoing training at various clinical bases of the department in Semey, took part in the discussion of the document. The message outlines the further strategy for the development of the economy of Kazakhstan, which will be aimed at improving the well-being of the people. The head of state gave a number of instructions not only on economic issues, but also on improving the social situation of our people. Observing the principles of a “listening state”, he instructed to put the issue of building a nuclear power plant, which has recently been actively discussed in society, to a national referendum. The President also noted that support for medicine and education will be continued.
