16.09 – 17.09.2024 Acting Assistant Professor, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences M.D.Zhorokpaeva held an open lesson in accordance with the plan of the Department. The open lesson was held on 16.09.2024 from 8.00 to 8.50 in medical groups 1126, from 12.00 to 12.50 in medical groups 1124, from 13.00 to 13.50 in medical groups 17.09.2024 1229.

Lesson topic: What is marriage? At what age to start a family?

The lesson plan, objective, organisational stage, stages of discussion, approval, evaluation of the new lesson and feedback were conducted in accordance with the requirements. Various methods and techniques were widely used in the lesson. Different emoticons in the organisation, debate in the new lesson ‘Is it easy to create a family?’ consisted of final feedback and feedback in the approval stage. The evaluation and feedback phase involved listening to students’ opinions, counting their opinions.

During the lesson, the rules of debate were presented to the students. Students were divided into groups ‘Supporter’, ‘Preacher’. The debate consisted of 3 stages. The first stage – presentation, informing, the second stage – argumentation, asking questions, the third stage – summarising. In the debates a time-speaker, judges were appointed. Homework assignments were prepared by various posters and supported by the speakers. Students were able to show their knowledge.

Debate helps students to speak artistically, improve vocabulary, build confidence, overcome fears, put diction. Shared more information on the topic and showed interest in the language.

The open classes were attended by Saya Sanatovna, specialist of ‘Quality and Control Department in Medical Education’, T.A. Muzdybaeva, senior teacher of history, Phd Kazakh language teachers, Sh.B. Kadirsizova, acting professor of the association, N.M. Abeshova, teacher.
