On September 10, a series of adaptation trainings for first-year students began at our medical university, organized by psychologist Nuriden G.E.. These trainings are aimed at introducing students to each other, creating a cohesive atmosphere in the group and improving the overall level of adaptation within the walls of the educational institution.
During the trainings, students participate in various exercises that contribute to a deeper understanding of each other. Respect, trust and cohesion are the main goals we strive for.
In addition to group classes, testing is conducted within the framework of the program, the purpose of which is to determine the level of adaptation of students to new conditions. Testing will become the basis for analyzing the collective adaptation of students to the university and identifying those who may face difficulties. The data obtained will help determine in which area our students need additional support.
It is important to note that various difficulties in adaptation are a normal part of the educational process. Individual work with a psychologist is provided for students who will need additional support.
