CAMPAIGNING WITH STUDENTS TO STUDY AT THE MILITARY DEPARTMENT

Since September 2024, regular meetings have been held with 1st and 2nd year students of the NAO “Semey Medical University”, students of the “School of Medicine and Pediatrics” and the “School of Public Health, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Nursing” with the teaching staff of the military department.

The main purpose of these meetings is to bring the basic rules and conditions for admission to the military department to university students.

The teachers of the military department are the deputy head of the department, retired Smagulov A.T., the heads of the cycles of the reserve Mamykanov R.T. and the reserve Smailov N.S., the reserve Amanov M.Sh., the reserve m/s Sherstobitov I.N., reserve officer m/s Matytsin A.V., who share with students their practical experiences of service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Students under the age of 24 are allowed to participate in the competition for the year of the competition. A student who has expressed a desire to participate in the competition to study at the military department, from September 01, 2024 to May 31, 2025, draws up an application in the form, with the following documents attached:

-Application (written at the military department);

-Identity card (original and copy);

-Certificate of registration or military ID (original and copy);

-3×4 photos – 1 piece;

-Certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record;

-A document (if any) confirming a sporting achievement;

The competition for the selection of students is carried out in four stages:

Stage I – passing a medical examination.

Stage II – conducting professional psychological testing.

Stage III – physical fitness check.

Stage IV – competitive selection.
