On 02/10/24 according to the schedule of the club, assistant of the Department of Pediatric Infectious Diseases NCJSC SMU Dalelkanova T.D. held the next session of “Speaking club for International Students”. Volunteers from the 1st year students of “Speaking club” club were also present at the lesson.   The class consisted of several parts, such as: introduction, vocabulary work, teamwork, reading. The club participants were given a presentation as well as cards with words and phrases. In the course of the session, students learned how to collect complaints and anamnesis from a patient with infectious pathology, learned new terms and their pronunciation and application, and practiced collecting anamnesis from non-English-speaking volunteers. At the end of the session, students independently composed sentences with the learned new words, actively asked questions, and expressed gratitude for the session.
