October 1 is the International Day of Older Persons. Perhaps it is celebrated in October because autumn of the year is identified with the autumn of life. The second name of this day is the day of kindness and respect.

Traditionally, on this day we congratulate our patients of venerable age. Assistant of the Department of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology Botabaeva A.S. with residents – nephrologists and intern of the 614th group of general practice Kenzhebaev A. congratulated a patient of the dialysis department of the Renal center in Semey, who has been on renal replacement therapy for 7 years. Gifts were presented with wishes of good health and longevity.
