On October 2, the Department of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology held an “Open Day” for residents of the “Nephrology аdult, рediatric” program. The students met with the professorial and teaching staff of the department. The event was timed to coincide with “Teacher’s Day”, as a tribute to and respect for our mentors. Our teachers represent a living connection between times and generations. In a large friendly team, they are cherished, appreciated and proud.

The head of the department, associate professor Kaskabaeva A.Sh. acquainted the residents with the history, traditions, composition and achievements of the department. The professors and associate professors of the department spoke with wishes for great success and parting words. The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. After all, what could be more important than the continuity of generations, signifying respect for traditions, and in medicine, like nowhere else, this is revered!
