Various events are held annually within the framework of the Silver University project of the NAO Semey Medical University. In this regard, the head of the Department of Physiological Disciplines named after the Honored Scientist of the Republic of Kazakhstan T. A. Nazarova Rakhyzhanova S. O. held an event dedicated to colleagues who have worked for many years at the department “Karttarym – asyl kazynam”.

Veterans of the department were invited: Myrzakanova Zhibek Tursalimovna, Satpayeva Roza Zhanatbekovna, Nurmanbetova Beken Abdikadyrovna, Khasenova Korlygayim Mukhamedkhanovna.   The purpose of the festive event: strengthening ties between generations, forming a kind, respectful attitude towards the older generation, a positive, festive mood.

The veterans of the department shared with the students of the curatorial groups their memories of our department and their work experience.

The main goal of the Silver University project is to improve the quality of life of elderly citizens, improve youth relations, increase social activity, and strengthen physical and mental health.
