On 10/23/2024, a round table on the topic “Drug-induced liver damage” was held at the Vita Medical Institution in Semey. The round table was attended by doctors and nursing staff of the institution. The speakers (associate professors Smail E.M. and Maukaeva S.B.) in their presentation recalled that drug-induced liver lesions”are reactions caused by taking a drug or other substance of non–infectious origin, which developed on average from 5 to 90 days from the start of administration. During the round table, the diagnosis, clinic and treatment of drug-induced liver diseases were discussed in detail.
